We are Aspire Aesthetics Academy 👊, running since 2020 from
Rick, Sai, Kylie and Charlotte make up our team 💫 friends first, brought together by a passion for teaching and facial aesthetics.
We work hard to deliver low delegate-to-trainer ratio training that empowers delegates to confidently set up in facial aesthetics or further their existing experience.
Dr Rick is the Clinical Lead Dentist at Dental House Liverpool. He has been practising Facial Aesthetics since 2017 and is known for having a calm, friendly approach that’s ideal for nervous delegates. He has a post graduate qualification in clinical teaching and advanced training in restorative and aesthetic dentistry - .rick.lo.dentist
Dr Sai is a General Dentist who has been practicing Facial Aesthetics since 2016. In 2018, he obtained a Fellowship in Aesthetic Medicine from the Harley Street Academy. He also holds Diplomas in Lifestyle Medicine and Coaching, reflecting his interest in a holistic approach to health, wellbeing, and personal development - .sai.aesthetics
Dr Kylie is a General Dental Practitioner who works part time in practice and as a Clinical Lecturer in Restorative Dentistry at Liverpool Dental Hospital. She holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Academic Practice (PGCAP) from the University of Liverpool, reflecting her passion for teaching. She began her aesthetics training in 2017 and now coordinates delegates and patients for our training days, supporting high-quality education in aesthetic practice -
Charlotte is a Dental Therapist and a Clinical Lecturer in Dentistry, at UoLiverpool. Her passion for Skin led her to train in Facial Aesthetics in 2019 at the London Harley Street Institute and the Lee Walker Academy. Charlotte's teaching experience supports her role in writing course content and delivering teaching on skin theory, skincare, chemical peels and microneedling, ensuring training is evidence-based, engaging and clinically relevant - .aspire.aesthetics

And just like that 🪄 after a session with .rick.lo.dentist training in Masseter Botox, here's our top delegate Becky assessing the patient, marking up and injecting solo👏. Since completing the course, Becky has been able to support patients with bruxism and TMJ issues offering an additional treatment to complement her dental options.
We offer training from The Dental House , Liverpool in a clinical setting and a low delegate-to-trainer ratio ensuring top techniques are taught in the safest way.
