Short story.

When I was 7 years old I sat on my the bottom bunk with my mother, the bed that we shared, and told her I would make it big and change her life.

When I was 27, she was made redundant at her job in which she worked for 40+ years. She received a payout of £8,000. I asked her to lend me it to begin my first ever business venture, which was a healthy food restaurant. I lost every penny and ended up in debt.

I promised her once again that I would make it and not to worry. She did worry. Times were tough to say the least.

Fast forward to today. Now the only thing she worries about is the fact I never switch off from work. and I never will.
