We have lots of skills for our contest 🎸

🎤 Eurovision Song Contest 🎤

We have had a wonderful morning celebrating for the Eurovision Song Contest.

We have listened to lots of traditional music from the different countries that are competing. 🎼🎶🎵

Before performing our very own, exploring what talent we have from singing to playing instruments 🎸

Finishing with lunch, a small selection of foods from different countries - delicious 😋

We’ve had a really great day 😁

🎤 Eurovision Song Contest 🎤

We are kicking off the celebrations exploring everything about Ukraine and Italy. We talked about feelings of others when explaining to the children why Liverpool are hosting the event.

We’ve created some gorgeous Pysanky eggs both indoors and outdoors combining different muscle skills, these eggs. are traditionally decorated using images of plants, animals and birds. We explored the different geometric patterns in Pysanky art.

We have used the small Lego to construct our own ‘Leaning Towe of Pisa’. Lego play provides a way to master skills such as problem solving, spatial skill whilst provoking creativity

We have also listened to some traditional Ukrainian and Italian music and will be tasting some traditional food at the end of the week
