Hard work and commitment personified over the past 6/7 months (even if he did skip a couple runs ๐๐).

Personal Records update ๐คฉ๐คฉ
has just past the 12 month mark since we started her fitness journey together at the beginning of 2021.
Doesnโt matter what obstacle comes her way, this girl absolutely crushes it, all with a smile on her face ๐๐ช๐ผ.
Going from struggling to perform even one knees push up from the floor last summer to now being able to smash out more than 20 in one go ๐คฏ and is in touching distance of being able to do a complete press up for the first time ever ๐.
From not being able to perform a clean from the floor with consistent form, to now being able to hit a 42.5kg double ๐คฏ and itโs about as smooth a clean you could ask for after only 6/7 months of practise ๐๐ผ ๐.
On Tuesday this week, Emma hit a massive 30kg PB Sn**ch after a full weightlifting session, and smashed her back squat record by a massive 10kg today after spending months working on volume and depth with much lighter weight ๐๐.
No sign of the improvements slowing down either ๐ช๐ผ long may it continue!

Performance update.
OG client has been hitting New PBโs consistently since January, and has continued surpassing her limits week after week.
Constantly working on her weaknesses in every session, there is still so much more to come.
Just last week she hit 10 reps of 32.5kg bench press for the first time. Which 2 and a half months earlier was a 2 rep PB. Unbelievable ๐๐ผ.
Fitness based on moving better and becoming healthier for longer.
Onwards and upwards! ๐ช๐ผ

POWER POGRAM โ ๏ธ
Letโs be honest, everyone loves lifting a heavy barbell. Thereโs nothing quite like the feeling of hitting a new PB in the gym, knowing your hard work and perseverance has paid off.
Doing this in a controlled environment with a carefully laid out plan of ex*****on is essential to minimise the risk of injury and keep you all lifting for a very long time ๐๐ผโโ๏ธ.
The POWER PROGRAM is a 12/15 week program. 12 for males and 15 for females, which includes menstrual cycle accommodation training blocks when needed.
This program consists of 1 primary exercise and in some cases 1 secondary exercise which will be the focus of your lifting schedule throughout.
The choice of these barbell exercises consist of:
Back squat.
Front squat.
OH squat.
Strict OH press.
Conventional DL.
Sumo DL.
Incline bench press.
Flat bench press.
Decline bench press.
Lifting strength and lifting ability will be checked before starting the program as to gauge what level the client is at.
Max lifting numbers will be determined by myself and clients will be told what is expected of them in EVERY rep they undertake throughout the program.
A calorie surplus is advised in order to see best possible results over the 12/15 week period.

Consistency is everything. If you want to change how you feel physically, you must be willing to put the time in, and this client has definitely taken that on board.
All while increasing her calorie intake according to what she is capable of, so she can continue to work hard and improve her performance levels every week, without feeling run down or lacking energy ๐๐๐ผ couldnโt be happier with what she has achieved and continues to achieve every day.
You can train with a smile on your face.
You can train with a full stomach.
And you can train with attainable goals in sight that push you and help you to improve every day.
But you have to be willing to put the time and consistency into it in order to see real improvements. Improvements that will last โ ๏ธ not just visual improvements that disappear after a couple of months.
