✨What is the ‘X10 Business Coaching Package?’✨

Are you amazing at what you do? Do you make the best coffee in town? Create the most beautiful art work? Construct amazing homes? Design and sell stylish clothes?

I help business owners who are amazing at “what they do”, but struggle with the “business” side of things.

Every day I speak to business owners who are over-whelmed and are not sure what step to take next.

The x10 business coaching programme provides support and guidance on how to grow your business and help you achieve your goals (and yes it may sound cheesy) but your dreams too!

Business coaching provides you and your business with:
- a clear and structured plan for the next steps in your business.
- a boost of confidence that your doing the right thing, at the right time.
- clarity. You are likely to have 100s of thought in your head about what you should be doing. Coaching sessions will give you an opportunity to discuss these thoughts and prioritise next steps.
- time out of the business. Prioritising time in the week away from the operations and thinking strategically will naturally grow your business.
- an opportunity to be questioned and challenged. Although I will promote your strengths and I will be your biggest cheerleader, I will also question your decisions and challenge your thoughts. This is to make you really think your business and be confident in the decisions you do make.

My passion is helping businesses and entrepreneurs and I have designed this programme to help you succeed and be the best you can be!

✨FREE 30-MINUTE GOAL SETTING WORKSHOP✨

To ALL business owners, managers and entrepreneurs… you are invited to my FREE 30-minute goal setting workshop, on Saturday 3rd of December at 10:30am.

The workshop will focus on Goal Setting and Action Planning, and will be hosted virtually online, so anyone is welcome to attend.

It can be difficult to take the time to think strategically about your business, so this workshop will take you away from the main day-to-day operation and allow you to focus on the future of your business.

It’s only 30 minutes and it could change your future forever!

✨ Do you have goals for your business but are struggling to find the time to achieve them? The ‘X10 Business Coaching Package’ focuses on setting your goals and identifying manageable steps to achieve them ✨

Together, we identify the vision and values of your business, we set goals and create a detailed action plan to achieve these goals.

Once we have identified your vision and goals, I will provide you with the guidance, support and accountability you need to achieve these goals - allowing you to take your business from where it is today, to where you want it to be.

Some examples of the previous clients’ goals have included:
· An improved work-life balance
· To increase profits
· The ability to step away from the business and take a break (some clients’ goals have been to simply take holidays, whilst others have had goals to step away completely and allow the business to run efficiently)
· To grow the business geographically
· To improve confidence and manage imposter syndrome

I now task you to make yourself a cup of tea, take a pen and paper, and write down the goals you have for you and your business. Also try and put a timeline against some of these goals, this will help you identify which tasks need to be prioritised.

✨ Do you have first line managers (FLMs) in your team that are struggling with confidence?
✨ Are they scared to share their opinion for fear of being wrong or judged?
✨Are they unsure of their own work and abilities?

Transitioning from a skilled employee / specialist operational role to an FLM can be daunting, over-whelming and many individuals can face imposter syndrome.

As their manager, it is your responsibility to guide and support them through this transition. But this can also be a time-consuming process, especially when you have multiple FLMs to support.

FLMs struggling with confidence may also be wary of sharing too much information for fear of judgement (unfortunately I have heard too many say “I don’t want my manager to think they made a mistake promoting me”) or it affects their career development.

As an external provider, 1-2-1 business coaching sessions allow the FLM to be fully open and honest with someone outside of the organisation. Together we create an action plan with suitable tools and exercises to grow their confidence.

1-2-1 business coaching is a process, and we regularly review performance to ensure we are heading in the right direction for success, for the individual and the business.

✨An old colleague once told me 'it is normal for motivation to come in waves - success is learning to surf those waves'. ✨
At the time, I didn't think too much about that statement but more recently, with the challenging times we are all going through, it keeps coming back to me.
Owning and running a business is hard work, tiring and overwhelming. You may love what you do and love your business, but it is normal not to feel motivated 100% of the time. Especially given the current climate in business - costs are increasing and footfall and spending is reducing. It is natural to have days were you're not feeling motivated, feeling disheartened and even questioning why are you doing this?
Every business is different but there are tools and techniques that will be used in every business to help you feel motivated, you might not even realise you're using them.
- Creating lists and prioritising key
- Go for a coffee with a friend and discuss what's is making you feel unmotivated. Sometimes an outside perspective is all you need. I did this last week and felt 100% times better after a good chat with a friend - shout out to !
- Youtube - watch a few motivational videos from entrepreneurs, business owners and speakers who inspire you!
- Take a break! Take yourself outside of the business to allow you to refresh. Go climbing, to the cinema, go for a run or take a bath!
- Remember you're human and you can only do your best. Learn to ride that wave!

✨It’s Monday!! A perfect day to think about the week ahead!✨

Take 10 minutes out of your day to think about what you want to achieve this week (business or personal). Make these goals achievable and realistic.
Write them down along with several actions to achieve these goals. Throughout the week, refer back to these goals and actions to keep you on track.
Be flexible, if things throughout the week change from what you initially planned on Monday, that’s OK. You can change and flex your goals too.

Hello, my name is Eilish and I own Business Coaching with Eilish. Based in Woolton village in Liverpool, I provide 1-2-1 support and guidance for new entrepreneurs, start-up business owners and first-line managers.
The business world can be confusing, challenging, and (at times) over-whelming. Business Coaching with Eilish aims to take you out of the 'day-to-day' operations and think strategically about your business.
