We have had a great weekend leading dance sessions for children at Bodfest Family Festival in Oxfordshire!
It was great to have so many young boys and girls joining in our dance sessions and having fun with us at various points across the day!
Thank you to all the team at Bodfest for having us and allowing us to share Move & Groove with so many!

This summer we will be leading sessions for several age groups at family festival ‘Bodfest’ taking place in the midlands! 🎶🌿

Move & Groove Dance Classes help towards development of Motor Skills through fun and engaging sessions!
Sessions help improve fine motor skills through the use of a variety of our exciting and colourful props. Gross motor skills are enhanced though our movement and exercises!
Sessions also improve children’s self-confidence, helping to ease the transition to primary school as well as promoting an active lifestyle from an early age.
