For we are reflecting on the importance of talking about men’s mental health. Matt Copple, M-RIC Service User and Carer Representative, said:
"Men's mental health is still surrounded by silence, and that silence can be devastating. Sharing my lived experience of bipolar disorder has shown me how powerful it is when men feel able to speak openly and without shame.
"Through my work with M-RIC, I’m committed to helping create a culture where men are heard, supported and able to access the right care when they need it."
