Over August the Chichester and Littlehampton kids classes are closing for the Summer break.
However, the Lancing class will remain open.
We invite current kids class members to train at the Lancing kids class for free over this period.
Its every Monday 6.00pm - 6.30pm at Lancing Parish Hall, 96-98 South Street, BN15 8AJ.
Followed by the adults class (kids are welcome to stay reading a tablet or book etc).

Our new Worthing kids class starts on Wednesday 4th February with a completely FREE taster session!
Now you can train twice a week at no extra cost!

On 16th December, we are hosting a special Christmas session which is open to the kids of Littlehampton!
Our friendly group welcomes you to join us for raffles, prizes, games and Kung Fu!
Ages 7+
This is a completely FREE event and certainly not one to be missed!
Doors open at 6.00pm.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Our special 'Lego Day' is this coming Saturday and is completely FREE for our members!
10am - 12pm in Worthing.
The great thing about martial art is that it brings people together. Sharing other hobbies and socialising.
As an AFOL (adult fan of Lego), our founder has a huge collection of sets and bricks and he will be welcoming our members to join in with two hours of Lego fun!
There will be sets to look at, pieces to play with, bricks to build with, prizes to be won and much more!
We ask that parents and guardians stay on site, but there will be basic refreshments and a separate room to rest whilst the kids play.
