HAPPY NEW YEAR! The Facebook account has been shut down due to Facebooks AI bots! So I am currently fighting that! Keep your eyes peeled for classes coming back this year!!! Exciting times!

Having to write this has broken my heart. Please know that this was not an easy decision to have to make. I live for dance fitness since stepping into my first class with BAM fitness to then becoming an instructor myself! But as most of you are aware, I’ve been finding the last few months difficult due to my recently diagnosed health condition, which is, unfortunately, stuck with me for life😪
It is with sincere regret and heartbreak that I will no longer be able to instruct my fitness class. I would like to take this opportunity to thank every single one of you that walked through the doors, at Lyminster and at Clymping ( &on screen in lockdown) You have ALL been absolutely amazing and have helped me live the dream of dancing under the disco lights and calling it exercise. I’m having to face the realities, and that is to put my health first. Which I find very hard to accept! But now, I need to pack up my disco balls and put the glowsticks away 😢 I will miss seeing your glowing faces more than words can express!
