This is probably one of the hardest posts I have ever have to write, the most sincere and the most heartfelt by far.....
Today is the day that Scamps hosts its final session and closes it's doors tomorrow for the very last time.
Scamps has been my life for nearly 30 years and in this time I have been honoured to have met and worked with so many amazing people, each and every one of them have helped make me who I am today xx
To the Children..
Watching each and every one of you grow and develop from the early stages of settling in to Nursery to the wonderful confident children you became, I am so honoured to have been a part of your journey. It still warms my heart when posts pop up sometimes and I see how well you are doing. It has been amazing and overwhelming to have some of you return to Scamps, now with children of your own. So many memories, each of them bringing a smile and a warmth only a Nursery worker will understand 🤗 xx
To the Parents and Carers..
Thank you for becoming a part of the Scamps family, for entrusting us with your children, working along side us at times and for the continuous support you have always offered. Over the years there have been many curves in the road, but your care, commitment and kind words never went unnoticed - especially of late - so again thank you for everything 💕
To the Staff.. Past and Present..
Words will never be enough to thank each and every one of you for your commitment to Scamps and everything that Nursery stood for - the commitment to your key children and their families, always going above and beyond all that was asked.
As owner of Scamps I could not have asked for a more loyal, supportive team around me - in and out of Nursery - it breaks my heart that we can be no more - however you may no longer be staff, but you will always be my girls and I will always be there for you 24/7 no questions asked.
To the Professionals...
I have been lucky enough to work alongside some amazing professionals over the years, many have helped shape Scamps in very subtle ways, but as you know, I always embrace change 😉
Thank you for your input into Scamps and for supporting our children, families and staff. Your skills and involvement not always recognised behind the scenes.
I hope, as I move into a new chapter of my life that some of our paths may cross once again, but in the meantime, I wish each and every one of you true happiness, love and prosperity in your lives, you deserve all that life has to offer.
