Mrs Walker has just received a job offer as an Accounts Manager in Marketing, in a similar role to what she did before she joined our school. Mrs Walker has been a fantastic staff member and given so much love and commitment to our children. She will be greatly missed and we wish her every success and happiness!

A message from Miss Moore.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to all the children, staff and parents that have made my last few days at St Mary’s so special. The beautiful assembly, flowers, gifts, cards, prayers and warm words that have been expressed are things I will treasure.

I have been so proud and privileged to be the Deputy Headteacher at St Mary’s for the past 11 years. It really is the most special place. A truly loving and supportive school family where our most wonderful children are at the centre of everything. Our fantastic Headteacher, Mrs Ruane, leads the most amazing,caring and dedicated staff and I have loved helping to lead alongside her. Also, we are lucky to have parents who support the school and the children so well, you really are a valued part of St Mary’s.

As I move onto the new adventures of early retirement and hopefully a little rest and relaxation, I want to wish our fabulous Year 6 the best of luck, as they embark on their next exciting journey of learning and life. Keep the spirit of St Mary’s with you!

St Mary’s has been a massive part of my life for the past 11 years and I can’t express how much I will miss being part of it. It will always hold such a very special place in my heart because of all the children, staff and parents, past and present that have stepped through those doors.
