“Find out who you are and do it on purpose.”

Join me for an online Qoya inspired movement class as we gather to celebrate the life of Dolly Parton and the influence she has had on so many lives.

When: 1 September 2026, 7-9pm UK
Where: Online via zoom

I originally taught this course 4 years ago to connect with the JOY that Dolly has brought to so many and it felt right in my heart to offer it again to the collective - to grieve, to tend to our hearts, to recognise what an incredible woman Dolly is and to honour the mirror she holds up to us all to meet each other in our humanity and ‘be brave enough to try.’

In this embodied movement class, we will connect with the unapologetic, limitless, optimistic, resilient spirit of Dolly whilst we dance to a soundtrack of her music.

Donation is £10 and will be given to Dolly’s Imagination Library Charity.

You can book here: https://calendly.com/meghanfield/celebratingdollyqoya

Qoya is based on the idea that through movement, we remember our essence, like nature, is wise, wild and free. It combines dance, yoga, meditation, free movement, community connection and embodied presence. There is no way to do it wrong - only your way of experiencing the class.

If you have any questions, please message me. A zoom link will be sent out once you book your space. A recording of the class will be available after the event.

Bring a journal, some water and an open heart.

All are welcome here, just as Dolly would want it.

I cannot wait to dance with you and honour Ms Dolly Parton.

Big love,
Meghan

Sacred Kernow September Circles

I invite you to join me at the first circle on 3rd September. As the fields fill with the gifts of harvest, we gather to honour the women who have always nourished the world. Inspired by harvest goddesses from across cultures, including Demeter, Ceres, Anu, Mokosh, Banbha, Renenutet and Selu, we will explore the many ways women cultivate abundance: not only through food, but through families, communities, creativity, healing and justice. To book your place: https://calendly.com/meghanfield/harvestgoddesscircle

The second circle is on 24th September and is a celebration of the Autumn Equinox through the lens of the Dragon Lines of Cornwall. As day and night find perfect balance at the Autumn Equinox, we gather to explore the sacred energies of Cornwall’s dragon (ley) lines. Woven through the landscape, these ancient alignments invite us to reflect on the dance between action and receptivity, protection and compassion, discernment and intuition.
To book your place: https://calendly.com/meghanfield/dragonlines

Circles take place on Thursdays from 7-9.30pm at my home studio in Liskeard and are always £10.

The circles are for all who feel the call to deepen your relationship of belonging to yourself, the land you live on, your lineage and this beautiful community.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
I look forward to gathering with you soon.

Big love,
Meghan

Last night’s Sacred Kernow circle explored the Selkie story, inspired by Clarissa Pinkola Estés’ telling of “Sealskin, Soulskin” in Women Who Run With the Wolves.

We discussed the symbolism in the story - in particular the sealskin/pelt as our soul: the essential, instinctive, wild, feminine part of ourselves that can become lost when we spend too long being who the world tells us we ‘should’ be.

Through story, meditation, reflection and creative ritual, we connected back to our soul(skin) and to our sea: whatever represents the wild, nourishing, life-giving places within and around us that call us home and provide the nourishment we need along with the conditions to remember ourselves.

We asked: Have I become separated from my skin/soul? What is my sea? How do I recognise that my soul is longing for remembering? And what do I need to return to myself?

It was a beautiful evening of giving space to swim in the sea of our souls.

Thank you to the women who gathered and made it so very special.

What a gorgeous day we had hosting the first Sacred Kernow Family Circles and sharing the magic we create in circle with our kids. It was so special to see how natural, creative and magical you all are. Thanks to the women who brought their kids and made it all so lovely as we explored earth magic today.

We ended our Sacred Kernow Lammas Celebration in song and I particularly love this one - a prayer for peace + justice, a commitment to the land, a community gathering in gratitude + abundance, offering a blessing to ripple out from our hearts into nature, our families + friends and the wider world. It’s no secret that I love singing and believe in the power of spell-casting through songs as intention + prayer. I love the sound of groups raising their voices together. It’s so beautiful. Thank you to the women who gathered and joined in on the singing!

What a true blessing it is to have gathered in nature for the last three turnings of the wheel of the year with the Sacred Kernow Community. Yesterday we met in our garden for a celebration of Lammas - to look back on the seeds we’ve planted and pause for a moment of recognition and gratitude of what we have harvested in the last year. We also called in abundance and sent our prayers into the world for the months and year to come. Our beautiful kitchen witch Lynne Lynne Bailey led us in a bread breaking ceremony and cooked an absolute feast! Lorraine England shared her passion and wisdom with us in a weaving workshop and we ended our evening raising our voices in song. As always, I’m so grateful for the 20 tender + bold hearts who heard the call to gather and mark the first harvest in community. Thank you thank you thank you.

I’ve been carrying the desire to make a grotto dedicated to Mary for a long time and today, on Lammas, I finally made one. I bought the structure ages ago to make a water feature but somehow that never happened…and now I know why. It’s both jointly dedicated to Mother Mary + Mary Magdalene and I’m very pleased with how it’s turned out. I so look forward to tending to this outdoor shrine, which stands as a beacon of love and protection at the door of the Sacred Kernow Studio, through the seasons. As always, love evolves in its own time.

I’m feeling incredibly honoured to have been nominated for New Earth Business Awards in FIVE categories! THANK YOU! And thank you Kelly Vikings | Spiritual Business Mentor for creating this movement!

Two awards in particular felt particularly resonant for me and the work that I have done across my lifetime: Sacred Space Holder for Community & Inclusion and Changemaker – Legacy & Global Impact. They both speak so deeply to the two threads that have woven through my life.

For over 25 years I’ve worked in social justice, helping shape strategies, partnerships and communities to end violence against women and girls and make this world a safer and more equitable place for EVERYONE. Alongside that, over the last 5 years, Sacred Kernow has grown into something I am so deeply proud of: a community where women come together to reconnect with themselves, one another, the land, spirit and their own inner wisdom.

Whether these nominations lead anywhere or not, they’ve invited me to pause and reflect on the privilege of walking alongside so many extraordinary women over the years. To see my two worlds recognised together feels incredibly meaningful. As a survivor recently said to me ‘all of your work is the like the different, beautiful facets of a diamond - they shine so brightly together.’ I felt so seen as a Gemini-hummingbird, social justice community connector!

The threads of connection throughout all the different ways I show up in the world make increasing sense in my head and in my heart and it’s a privilege to be in service to leaving this world a better place than I arrived in it.

Thank you to everyone who has trusted me with your stories, sat beside me in ceremony, joined a circle, challenged a system, helped secure resources for survivors, started a business, cried, laughed, danced or simply shown up in my orbit. All of my work has always been about community and I literally couldn’t do any of it without you.
