A very warm welcome back to all of our term-time children as we begin another exciting term at Minibugs! We hope you have all had a wonderful summer and are ready for lots of fun, learning and adventures with us.

We would also like to extend a huge welcome to all of the new children and families joining our Minibugs family this September. We are so excited to get to know you and can't wait to share your Minibugs journey together!

On Monday 14th September we will be celebrating Roald Dahl Day here at Minibugs Liskeard. All the staff will be dressing up and we would love it if our families could join us too.
Each room are dressing up as different Roald Dahl books which are -

Baby Room - Matilda
2's Room - BFG
3's Room - W***y Wonka

However, feel free to dress as characters from your favourite Roald Dahl books 🐞

Today, we said goodbye to Gabby who is off on a new adventure as an EYFS teacher. We wish her all the luck on her next journey 🐞

🎉Minibugs is 10🎉

On Friday we had lots of fun celebrating our 10th birthday with past, present and future families.

The children (and adults) enjoyed entertainment provided by Zig Zag Children's Party Entertainer as well face paint by Glitzerella Partys&Events. The rooms were all set up with activities that were birthday party themed which the children all engaged in.

Thank you to everyone that came to celebrate with us including Mayor Cllr David Braithwaite and Deputy Mayor Cllr Sylvia Berry Liskeard Town Council

Lots of fun was had by all.

Today Pre-school were practicing their chopping, grating and spreading skills to make the pizza's for nursery tea. Danielle showed them how to safely use the cheese grater and knives before letting them try themselves. They showed great skills and made some very delicious looking pizza which we can't wait to try.

We would like to welcome our two newest members of the team here at Minibugs Liskeard. We want to introduce you to Amy our new apprentice in the baby room and Eliza our new apprentice in the 3’s room!

We are excited to be apart of their start in Early Years and we can’t wait to watch their journey to becoming practitioners.
