If you are serious about changing your life and your habits, the one bit of advice I would give you is, do a food diary. Write down everything you eat and drink each day. It's a real shocker. When you see what you consume in a week and the patterns it triggers your brain into gear. You don't have to show it to anyone, you will see for yourself. Its yourself you have to answer to. Change your mind and the body will follow.
