Track First Aid Training provides Rescue Emergency Care (REC) certified first aid courses.

We provide quality Rescue Emergency Care certified first aid courses throughout Ireland, delivered by a registered and practicing Paramedic.

REC Emergency (REC2) two day first aid course on 28th and 29th November 2016 in the Lisburn area. This course is 16 hours and therefore fulfils the expectations of numerous outdoor qualifications in mountaineering, paddling and mountain biking. Participants backgrounds be it work or leisure are considered when designing scenarios throughout the course. £110 fee included certificate, manual, and all the tea or coffee you like!!
