Hi everyone,
Unfortunately, we’ve had to make the difficult decision to cancel this Saturday’s Afternoon Tea. Due to very low numbers, it just isn’t financially viable to go ahead.
We’re really sorry for any disappointment and truly appreciate your continued support

☕🍰 Afternoon Tea – Tickets Still Available! 🍰☕
Anahilt Primary School PTA still has tickets available for our Afternoon Tea on Saturday 21st, and we would love to see lots of support from the local community.
This event is open to everyone you do not need to have children attending the school to come along. Bring a friend, family member, neighbour, or simply come along yourself for a lovely afternoon of tea, treats, and good company.
🎟 Tickets are still on sale and can be purchased from Carol Kirkpatrick 07368 883030 or, if you are a parent at the school, through Mrs Brush at the primary school.
Please come out and support the PTA. Ticket numbers are currently quite low, and unfortunately if they don’t increase we may have to make a decision on Wednesday about whether the event can go ahead.
Thank you so much for your support we hope to see you there!

☕🍰 Afternoon Tea is Back!
On the 21st, we’re hosting our Afternoon Tea again after the huge success of last year. We may or may not still have mild PTSD from how busy it was… but sure let’s see if we can do it all over again! 😅
Expect delicious buns, great sandwiches, and yes… the chicken and grapes will be making another appearance. Controversial? Maybe. Delicious? Absolutely. If you know, you know.
It’s open to everyone, so come along, support the school, and enjoy a great afternoon.
🎟 Tickets are available via Carol Kilpatrick her details are on the leaflet below.
All likes and shares are hugely appreciated! 💛

Well would you look at that… for a wee village in the middle of nowhere, Anahilt is absolutely living its best Hallmark movie life this weekend.
Honestly, if we had a soft-focus filter and a light dusting of snow, Netflix would be scouting us.
The day kicks off with a delicious festive breakfast at Anahilt 752 LOL, because every good Christmas storyline starts with food, and preferably enough of it to question your life choices.
After that, you could take a quick stroll to VIVO Essentials Annahilt to pick up a few “picky bits” for later (because nothing says festive readiness like a fridge full of snacks). And while we’re at it big thanks to Vivo for always supporting village events Community spirit at its finest!
Then it’s either home for a wee lie-down or a “brisk walk” round the village to pretend we’re doing something healthy before the evening’s excitement.
Then comes the big moment: the Christmas tree light switch-on paired with some truly lovely carol singing organised by Annahilt and Magheraconluce Community Association Rumour has it a certain someone in a red suit will be dropping by… but hey, every Hallmark movie needs its mysterious yet suspiciously familiar magical stranger.
Once you’ve been fully serenaded into the festive spirit, wander up to Anahilt Primary School where you can sip a festive drink, start your Christmas shopping, and support local, because nothing says “perfect family day out” like buying gifts while trying not to lose the run of the kids.
Speaking of the kids… they’re spoiled. The Enchanted Elf Room is back, the tombola is bursting at the seams, and there’ll be s’mores and sweet treats everywhere (sugar highs optional but encouraged).
And of course, before heading home, make sure to visit the big man in the red suit himself to find out whether you’re on the naughty or nice list. (We won’t judge either way.)
And to finish the perfect festive day?
Stroll on over to The Pheasant Restaurant our cosy little country pub, for a nightcap and some live music.
Truly the vibe is “The Holiday” featuring Cameron Diaz and Jude Law, crackling warmth, twinkly lights, maybe even a hint of romantic soundtrack energy.
If Anahilt was in a Hallmark movie, this would be the plot: wholesome chaos, festive charm, community magic, and the perfect family Christmas day out, wrapped up with a pint and a tune. 🎄✨
