🚨 Can’t feel your back ‘working’ - Save this one for your next workout & you’ll feel the difference.

How do you know when you’re doing an exercise right?

You’ll feel it working the areas it’s supposed to target! If you don’t feel it in the right place, - something’s wrong!

Deadlifts, rows, etc often end up in lower back pain and not targeting the right muscles, - on the No Gym Method we see this with people trying to copy YouTube workouts or using machines in the gym.

- feel the muscle working first, then work on increasing the weights. ❤️

This weeks topic! 🧠💪 ADHD & Consistency.

Each week on The No Gym Method we have a few Live Group Calls, - Power Hour on Thursdays covers a topic that’s important to our ladies in the group so they get the maximum understanding on their journey and the opportunity to share their own experiences.

There’s 2 resons most people aren’t consistent -

1. What they’re doing isn’t working and they lose interest, (we see this a lot from YouTube workouts as people try to figure it all out themselves)

2. They get distracted and the intention slips down their priority list.

Weekly Debrief 12/04/26 🔥

Powerful week.

Slowly integrating into the Business and what can I say, I’ve been running the show for the last 15 years and I’m glad it now has a woman’s touch!! Not that you ladies I’ve been working with haven’t been keeping me honest all the way!

It’s been fantastic, team business meet with our mentor really gave a massive clarity injection into the next year ahead.

You’re going to see a lot of changes around here, and it couldn’t have come at a better time, more uncertainty in the world makes it ever harder to make decisions, this is going to cut through the noise like a hot knife through butter. And those that make good decisions get their results first. Us included.

Incredible results across the board this week! Betty’s body fat % is dropping nicely, Amy is at her lightest in years and seeing all that lovely muscle tone starting to come through before the big day! 👰‍♀️ (ps can we get some red hair emojis for our wonderful Irish people?)

Karen Nailed her x2 pushups in a row, stay tuned for x3 in a row this week (no pressure! )

Got our FREE Recipe book out to about 50 people this week! Which the feedback has been great! (Is if you want it drop “COOKBOOK” below and I’ll send it through.) 👍

Finally…

Caught Chris Hemsworths new movie with a nice cheeseboard, Karen forgot to chew everytime he came on screen, & we are all team for the Apprentice UK in this house!

The No Gym Method. - My clients are from all over the World but they have 1 thing in common… They don’t like the gym.

Consistency comes and goes, the reason is usually down to 2 things.

1. Not knowing if what you’re doing actually is working & if you’re even doing it doing it right.

2. Not seeing results quick enough to be motivated to continue.

(Nobody wants to waste time, and nobody wants to put the work in for no reward)

Here’s the truth.

Consistency isn’t your problem, it’s a lack of support and guidance to to nurture you along the way until you can see enough results to continue and know it’s working!

This is like anything in life…

As a kid, did you learn to ride a bike on your own with no help, stabilisers or support from a guiding parent or adult you trusted? NO.

You were guided along at your own pace little by little, until you had the confidence, skill and ability to do it on your own!

That’s what working with us feels like as an adult. ❤️

I know that starting feels just as scary as when you were a kid… - but ask yourself this, would the 4 year old you ask for help?

Or go through the fear of falling again and trying it on your own?

You can’t be consistent if you don’t know where to start or have the support to guide you.

You don’t need more consistency- you need more support.
