Spice School

Spice School You have found the only page that will teach you all you need to know about Indian food.

Whether you are someone who has never cooked or someone who knows your Massalla from your korma, Spice School can teach you more. The idea for Spice School came to me when someone said "I'd love to learn how to cook that" - familiar words I have been hearing since I started working in Indian restaurants, where I still work today.
