Delighted to see these lovely combinations looking and performing so well in their ErgoX2 of Sweden saddles at RUAS this week. If you're looking for a saddle that can improve performance and welfare for your horse and support your riding position for better stability and balance then pm me.
We fully assess horse-saddle-rider to find the best saddle for function and optimal performance for both.
Join Rachael, Heather and me for a recent conversation about the fascinating connection between gut health, posture, tension, rideability and performance in horses.

My ErgoX2 of Sweden dressage saddle had the cobwebs blown off yesterday.
Designed to support the rider's pelvis, with different flap options for under the thigh and shape for the knee.
Designed with the movement of the horse in mind to allow them to push up in front.
I'll let you know how we got on!

Feeling crooked in the saddle? More so on one rein than the other? Does your saddle shift to one side and you feel the need to recentre it? Does one stirrup feel longer and you have to reach for it? Do you have more tension in one rein? Does your horse move you off midline?
Where do you start to try and unravel the art of riding?
At Equimech we separate the 3 aspects, assess and then address each individually before piecing back together.
The Rider
Biomechanics Assessment
The Horse
Topline measurements and movement assessment, referral back to vet/physio/farrier as required.
The Saddle
Assessed for fit and balance to horse AND rider.
Only when all 3 are looked at can you get the full picture.
What does your off horse training look like?
Static strength is great but riders need to be dynamically strong and balanced to be able to react to what is underneath them!
If you'd like more info on how I can help pm me 😀
