Bootcamps: £5.00
Tuesday : 6.30pm - 7.30pm
Thursday: 6.30pm - 7.30pm
Saturday morning: 11am - 12pm
Classes are suitable for all Fitness Levels.
Ladies, please remember that due to me still being down with this flue there won’t be a class this morning. I shall rebook anyone tomorrow when I put up the new timetable on the app

It’s not magic. It’s not books or PT’s or Nutrition specialists. Of course they are arrows on your bow.
Fundamentally. It’s you.
Set your goals.
It/they can be anything. But to to be a solider to win ANY battle you need training. You need friends (and an army can be just one person or 100 as long it/ they inspirer you).
You need a reason.
You are the reason.
Like every good book you need a great final chapter. . .
Your are the first pages of your own autobiography.
You are the author.
You are each letter, word, sentence, paragraph and chapter.
Most importantly to remind yourself. . .
You are the pen.
