Develop and implement creative and engaging social media strategies and new company web site
-Manage the day-to-day handling of multiple social media accounts
- Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms
- Manage and optimise digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads and social media ads
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Create engaging email marketing campaigns
- Monitor and analyse website analytics, social media metrics, and campaign performance to make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and a seamless customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
- Create and communicate weekly reports on social media performance to senior management
- Analyse competitor activity
- Recommend improvements to increase performance
- Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement
Essential Skills:
- At least two years of experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing and content creation
- At least one year of experience in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms (preferably MailChimp)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content for various digital channels
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing strategies
- Ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
