Audiences were blown away by the Bohunt students — past and present — who performed at the Haslemere Fringe Festival this summer. It was a brilliant opportunity for them to gain real performance experience, and they brought huge confidence, talent and professionalism to the stage throughout the weekend.
A massive well done to everyone involved — a fantastic celebration of Bohunt talent.

Earlier this summer Bohunt students — past and present — were out in force at the Haslemere Fringe Festival. Students volunteered behind the scenes as part of the media team, gaining real production experience: operating cameras, filming on stage with artists including Reef and Ocean Colour Scene, managing the live screen feeds backstage, interviewing performers, assisting with live sound, helping with festival set dressing, and trying their hand at stage management.

To earn their place, students submitted a showreel and took part in workshops ahead of the festival. It was outstanding hands‑on industry experience, and the festival team were extremely impressed with their dedication — they did themselves and Bohunt real credit.

Meanwhile, many more students wowed audiences with live performances throughout the weekend — Bohunt students live on stage video to follow!

Records tumble every year at Bohunt School, and this year was no exception, with 95% of students passing English GCSE, a notable new high.

Hot on the heels of exceptional A Level results last week, the GCSE cohort of 2026 has set the bar incredibly high for those who follow.

A huge congratulations to our brilliant students at Bohunt Sixth Form on their outstanding results today!

With half of all grades awarded at A* or A - almost double the national average - our students are celebrating exceptional achievements and securing places at some of the UK’s leading universities, as well as exciting apprenticeships and other destinations.

We’re incredibly proud of the hard work, determination and ambition of our students and so grateful to the staff and families who have supported them along the way.

Take part in the Bohunt Summer Reading Challenge!

To help our students return to school in September feeling confident and capable, we would love as many of them as possible to take part in the 'Bohunt Summer Reading Challenge'. This year we are encouraging students to be part of a 'readathon' and get sponsorship for any reading they do over the summer holidays. All money raised goes directly to 'Readathon' to buy books and storyteller visits for children in hospital.

This year is also the National Year of Reading – a celebration of making reading part of everyday life. So whatever you’re into… READ INTO IT!

We’re excited to welcome you to the Bohunt Art, Textiles & Photography Exhibition 2026. A vibrant celebration of creativity across the Visual Arts at Bohunt School.
Join us on Tuesday 14 July 2026, from 4pm–7pm in the MPH, where you’ll be able to explore a diverse range of work created by our Art, Textiles and Photography students. The exhibition showcases their imagination, skill and dedication throughout the year.

Our students on the Mandarin Excellence Programme are having an unforgettable time in China!

So far, they've enjoyed delicious local cuisine, taken part in the opening ceremony, immersed themselves in Mandarin language sessions, explored the fascinating Chengdu Museum, and experienced everyday local life in a traditional park.

A fantastic opportunity to build language skills, embrace a new culture, and create lifelong memories.
