Our Story

Wigwam is lovingly owner run by friends Natalie Gafford (BA Hons Early Years Childhood Studies, Forest School Level Three Practitioner) and Frances Horgan (BA Hons Childhood Studies, EYPS and Montessori Educator). Consolidating thirty years of experience in Montessori and Outdoor Education, to create the first Forest and Montessori programme of its kind. At Wigwam children have access to natural environments, teachers facilitate learning through a carefully considered combination of Montessori, Forest School and Bush Craft practices, ensuring the children engage in practical and real life experiences.
