🚀 We're excited to launch the new YouthShoots website!

Over the past year, we've had the privilege of working in partnership with school leaders, Multi-Academy Trust CEOs, teachers and, most importantly, young people themselves about what they believe creates meaningful and lasting change. Their voices have helped shape the next chapter of YouthShoots.
The new website reflects our belief that young people deserve more than information. They deserve opportunities to understand themselves, develop practical skills, influence decisions and play an active role in shaping their communities.
We're incredibly grateful to the CEO's and leaders from Multi-Academy Trusts Authentic Education Extend Learning Academies Network (ELAN) Empower Multi Academy Trust The Diocese of Chelmsford Vine Schools Trust SOUTH ESSEX ACADEMY TRUST from across the country who generously shared their insights, experiences and perspectives. Their contributions helped us better communicate how schools can develop resilient, confident young people while strengthening pupil voice and student leadership. Huge gratitude goes to Carla Whelan Emma Wigmore Catherine Stalham Karen Matthews Marie Berry Gemma Genco Samantha Scott for their input and partnership this year.
Just as importantly, we wanted the website to reflect the voices of the young people we work with every day. Their feedback, experiences and reflections are woven throughout the site because YouthShoots has always been built around a simple principle: Young people should not just be part of the conversation about change. They should help lead it.

The new website showcases how the YouthShoots model works with schools and Trusts to develop wellbeing, resilience, leadership and pupil voice through engaging training, peer-led action and practical resources that create impact beyond any single training day.
A huge thank you to everyone who contributed to its development. This launch is not just about a website. It's about creating a platform that better represents the incredible schools, Trust leaders and young people who continue to inspire our work every day.
