Small talk is very draining for some people.
It’s most probably why I LOVE what I do so very much!
👉🏼 Deep conversations
👉🏼 Authentic conversations.
👉🏼 Meaningful conversations.
👉🏼 Acutally connecting with communication.
These are things that I really thrive on and feel passionate about.
This is why I’m not a fan of traditional networking. It drains the life out of me.
(I also don’t function my best early in the morning and there’s only one 7 o’clock in my day!)
I’ve had the same hair stylist for over 20 years. I really look forward to my hair appointment because we don’t do meaningless small talk. His genuine communication and connection matters to me.
This is essential in business…
It makes for a better connection all round and some INCREDIBLE things come from congruent connections:
👉🏼 Loyalty.
👉🏼 Longevity.
👉🏼 Repeat custom.
👉🏼 Opportunities that genuinely align.
👉🏼 Thriving and flourishing in your business.
