🐾🔎 MYSTERY ANIMAL INVESTIGATION! 🔎🐾

Something very mysterious has been happening at school… 👀

Our young investigators discovered some unusual evidence: fur, footprints, sticks, claw marks and feathers! 🪶🐾

But that’s not all… Mr Keep said he heard a HOWL 😱🌙 when he was locking up the school! Mrs Gates found a feathers in the mystical garden.🪶 They collected the evidence ready for our expert investigators to examine.

Squirrels 🐿️ and Hedgehog 🦔 Class put their inference skills to the test, carefully studying the clues and using their knowledge to work out which animals might have been on the loose! 🕵️‍♀️🕵️‍♂️

There are lots of theories… but can our investigators solve the mystery? 🤔

🌟 What an AMAZING first week back in Year 3 and 4! 🌟

We have had the most fantastic start to the new school year and have loved every minute of it.

One of our highlights was watching the inspiring cyclists race through Coningsby as part of the Tour of Britain. The children were thrilled to cheer on the riders, and to make the day even more special, we even received a high five from one of the police officers on their motorbike! 🚴🚔✋

Back in the classroom, we explored the story My Unbelievable Summer and shared some of our own summer holiday memories. Using our imaginations, we transformed these into wonderfully wild, crazy and unbelievable stories that had us all laughing and inspired some fantastic writing, much like our chickens and goats, who had been dreaming of faraway destinations during their summer holidays! 🐔🐐✈️

We have also begun our new Whole Class Reading book, The Tin Forest by Helen Ward and Wayne Anderson. The children have already immersed themselves in this beautiful story and have shown incredible creativity by designing and creating their own brilliant tin forests. 🌳✨

We are so proud of how well everyone has settled back into school life. What a wonderful start to the year, and we can't wait to see what the rest of the term has in store!

🌟 What a fantastic day of coming together! 🌟
Today, our amazing staff came together with colleagues from across the LAAT Trust for a day of motivational, inspiring and exciting training. It was a wonderful opportunity to learn, reflect and celebrate the incredible work taking place across our schools. 💙
During the day, some of our amazing staff were recognised for their outstanding contributions to our school, our children and our wider community. 🏆✨
Every single member of our team goes above and beyond each and every day, and they are all winners in our eyes. ❤️
However, it was particularly lovely to celebrate these individual staff winners alongside the rest of Hub 3 and colleagues from across LAAT.
We are incredibly proud of our whole team and the dedication, care and commitment they show every day. Our children and families truly benefit from the wonderful people who make up our school community. 🌟
And now… we’re ready for you! 🥰
We cannot wait to see all our children and families tomorrow as we begin a brand-new school year. We are so excited to welcome everyone back, meet our new families and continue serving our children and our wider community.

🌟 WELCOME BACK! 🌟
The countdown is nearly over… school starts on Thursday 3rd September! 🎉📚
We cannot wait to open our doors and welcome all of our wonderful children back for another exciting year at school. We have missed you dearly and can’t wait to hear all about your summer adventures! 💛
A very special WELCOME to our new EYFS children who will be starting their school journey with us. 🥰🌈
We are so excited to meet you, get to know you and see all the wonderful things you will achieve!
There will be lots of smiles, excitement, new beginnings and, of course, plenty of learning along the way! ✨

🐐🐔 Do you ever wonder how we keep our goats and chickens cool on these hot summer days?

Easy… iced doughnuts and frozen mice, of course! 🍩🐭🧊😂

DISCLAIMER! 🚨🤣
No actual mice or doughnuts were harmed (or eaten!) in the making of these treats!
Our slightly suspicious-looking frozen snacks were specially made from water, cucumber, raspberries and strawberries— the perfect little hydrating boost for our furry and feathered friends on a hot day.
