CHANGE TO CORE COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
As part of the national Statutory & Mandatory Review, and under the direction of the Resuscitation Lead, Resuscitation L2 Adults and L2 Children will be removed as a requirement from non-clinical LCHS staff from 1st July. This will reduce training time for that staff group and will also align with LCHG requirements.
Please note that as we have just come to the end of Mandatory Season this competency will have recently renewed and will continue to show blue on staff’s profiles – this indicates that staff have the competency but do not require it. Should any non-clinical staff member remain red or green, indicating required, please contact the Learning & Development Team who will rectify this [email protected]

This week is Neurodiversity Celebration Week!

Neurodiversity Celebration Week is a worldwide initiative that challenges stereotypes and misconceptions about neurological differences, with the aim to help people to understand, value and celebrate the talents of neurodiverse minds.

Here at the Lincolnshire Health and Care Apprentice Centre, we understand that we all think and learn differently with unique perspectives and thinking experiences. We work closely with all of our learners towards a unique and diverse approach to learning, ensuring that everyone gets the best possible learning experience whilst on an Apprenticeship or other learning journey!

Together, let's create a more inclusive world that understands and champions neurodiversity in all its forms.

Apprenticeship Completion Certificates

Collect your Apprenticeship Award Certificate from Beech House before the end of March!

If you were unable to attend our Apprenticeship Award Ceremony back in October and have not yet received your Certificate from the Lincolnshire Health and Care Apprentice Centre, then please feel free to come and collect it from us at Beech House. The Team are around every Wednesday on the top floor and we would love to see you and provide you with your completion certificate. We're also able to hold informal Information, Advice and Guidance chats with you face to face, so please feel free to pop along.

Come and have a chat with us between the hours of 9am and 2pm every (or almost every!) Wednesday. Look for the people wearing grey or navy blue polo tops with the Lincolnshire Health and Care Apprentice Centre logo!
