Hippo Hollow Childcare Corner Hi - I'm Sam live with my Fiance Shaun and our 3 girls ages 16, 13 and 11 on Monks Road in Lincoln. That's what I have been doing for the past 10 years.

I've been Supporting Working families since 2010 with home from home care and have built up a trusted reputation of quality child care where your child becomes a part of the childminding family of children who thrive here in a safe and friendly setting. I am a mum of 5 who, for the last 30 years has tried to balance a full time job with having children - I know how hard that is and faced with the

choice of leaving mine in childcare yet again after maternity leave with number 5 and returning to work full time decided instead to open my own childcare business and use my experience as a working mum to create a childcare business that works for parents and covers the hours they actually work instead of "office hours only ". I've been flexible, worked long, odd hours and most of my business comes from word of mouth recommendations from past and present present families and the local school. I have looked after the children of Doctors, nurses, care workers, police officers and prison officers - all working shifts


I think you will find my ethos quite refreshing. I will do whatever I can to be flexible to suit your needs. I am friendly and approachable and will treat your children as one of the family. There are no segregated areas of the house that are not for "minded children" as long as good behaviour is shown at all times. I have a well balanced attitude to children - promoting good British Values, respect, manners and kindness to each other. Many of my customers have been with me for a long time and for multiple children.

Hippo Hollow Childcare Corner offers limited opportunities for flexible childcare that you can book only when you need it—ideal for appointments, occasional workdays, family commitments or simply a day to get things done.

No fixed weekly days are required. Once your child is registered and has completed a settling-in visit, you can request individual days as needed, subject to availability.

Hi - Im Sam the owner and sole carer at Hippohollow Childcare. Ive been providing support to working families for 16 years this week and have 5 grown up children and 2 grandchildren.

I have a very rare place available from 3rd September for Tuesdays Wednesdays Thursdays and Fridays.
