VIEWINGS DURING COVID-19

We will starting doing viewings over the next few weeks for our 21/22 tenancies. There will be Covid-19 restrictions in place as follows:

The viewer will be met outside the student property. They will be met by a Cool Pads representative who will be wearing a mask and protective gloves.

There will be sanitizer available for use before entering the student house.

During the viewing the viewer will be asked to maintain an appropriate distance, wear a mask and not to touch anything whilst inside the property.

We will be adhering to Government guidelines which may mean that we need to restrict the number of students in the house at the same time.

If the viewer has symptoms of Covid-19 before the viewing they will need to inform Cool Pads and will not attend the viewing.
