LAGAT COLLEGE is an organisation that delivers training, education and support for both young and adult individuals. Unsure of what you want to do?

Therefore taking them to the next steps of their learning journey and future career. We offer:
- 16-18 Pre Apprenticeship Programme (Traineeship)

- Apprenticeships for those aged 16 and over. We cover Business Administration, Childcare, Accounts and Finance, Customer Service, Teaching Assistant, Team Leading and Digital Marketing. We are looking to expand our delivering sectors so this is growing

and adapting at all times to meet the needs of our employers and students.

- 19+ Courses for those employed AND unemployed, including Employability Skills, Budgeting Skills, Bookkeeping and many more! Talk to one of our team and we can guide and support you all the way. The best part is, we enrol all year round, so you don't have to wait until September! We also provide a range of services to businesses throughout Lincolnshire. This currently includes:

- Apprenticeships - new recruits and training for existing staff
- Work experience students
- NVQ's and short courses for employed staff - fully funded
- World Host Customer Excellence training - fully funded
- AAT and Finance
- Management Training
- Leadership and Development
