🎉 Milestone Mondays Winner 🎉

With almost £50 million raised by PTAs using PTA Events, we’re celebrating the communities behind that incredible impact. Over the next four weeks Milestone Mondays is shining a spotlight on PTAs making this possible.

We're delighted to announce the first Milestone Mondays winner - Friends of Lockington School 👏Friends Of Lockington School

This small but mighty Yorkshire school - with just 44 pupils and a PTA of four - raised an impressive £2,500 from one unforgettable tribute night event using PTA Events.

This photo captures the energy perfectly. A Freddie Mercury and Brian May tribute evening with the whole room on its feet, guests aged 11 to 85 singing and dancing together in a rural village hall.

Even more remarkable? One person organised the entire event, with just five volunteers running it on the night.

By using PTA Events to sell tickets online, promote across multiple local social media groups and scan guests in on the door, Friends of Lockington School were able to reach beyond their village, create real buzz and sell out with confidence. A brilliant example of how PTAs are using the platform to raise funds and bring their wider community together.

🏆Friends of Lockington School will be putting their £100 win towards the top prize for their upcoming summer raffle, helping raise even more for the school.

A fantastic achievement and a powerful reminder that small schools can make a big impact with the right tools 💜

It was a real pleasure to donate this new gazebo to the Friends of St Stephen’s PTA team and hear all about their amazing fundraising efforts for the school 😊

Our final volunteer feature goes to Friends of St Stephen’s Primary School (FOSS) 💜

We love how FOSS empower their pupils to get involved in fundraising, celebrating them as FOSS Fundraisers with special certificates awarded during merit assembly. This brilliant idea has inspired children to take part and encouraged more parents to join in too.

Here, the FOSS Fundraisers can be seen at the school gates in Twickenham during November’s Autumn Internationals, shaking buckets with huge smiles for rugby match passers-by. We've heard that the children consistently raise more than the adults! A big shout-out to the team at Friends of St Stephen’s Primary School for inspiring the children to experience the joy and value of giving their time for their school. 👏

Thank you once again to everyone who shared their PTA moments with us. We've enjoyed seeing all the entries and celebrating the amazing work of PTA volunteers everywhere 😊.

What a great cause. This is a ticketed event free of charge on 2nd December at 7pm at Lincoln Cathedral, with an option to donate to SSAFA, supporting our Armed Forces/Veterans/ and their Families. Especially important during the Christmas period, in times of prolonged absence while on essential duty, families, veterans and serving personnel will need our support. 🎉 Milestone moment - £45 million raised!

We’re thrilled to share that £45 million has now been raised through the PTA Events platform - most of it going straight back into supporting schools, clubs, charities and strengthening communities across the UK.

This is a huge milestone. Not just for us but for the thousands of PTAs, clubs, charities and volunteer-run organisations who work tirelessly to raise much-needed funds for local causes. Without their dedication and effort, this simply wouldn't be possible. 👏
