We have had a very exciting few weeks in nursery learning about life cycles. The children have been keeping a very close eye on the tadpoles and watching how they are changing.
The eggs and chicks have created a great deal of excitement! The children are enjoying watching them and have been very gentle when holding them 🐣 🐸 🥚 🐥

We had a wonderful day celebrating World Book Day. It was lovely to see the children (and grown ups) dressed up in their favourite book characters. We had a fun story filled day! 📚📖😍
27/02/2026
Just to remind you that it is World Book Day next Thursday, 5th March. Children are welcome to come dressed as their favourite storybook characters. Alternatively, they can choose to come in their pyjamas, complete with their chosen bedtime story in tow.
There’s no need to worry about buying anything special for the occasion. We have plenty of spare outfits for anyone who would like to borrow them.
We look forward to a lovely story filled day! 📚

We had a very special visitor before we broke up for half term, the Mayor of Lincoln came to see us. The children were very interested in the Mayor’s colourful coat and his hat which they said looked like a pirate’s hat!
The N2 children made the Mayor a lovely card which he said he would treasure!
