We wanted to say thank you so much to everyone for all the lovely cards and gifts and kind words, after our very busy Thursday at PreSchool. We also wanted to apologise if we didn't manage to personally speak to everyone as the day seemed to go by in a blur. We will miss our leavers very much and wish them great success in their new schools 😍🤗

We had a party day yesterday! The children made their own sandwiches, choosing the filling and added other yummy food to our plates. After we had eaten we played fun party games together! Musical statues and musical chairs! We had a great time!

Fantastic graduation afternoon at PreSchool, the children enjoyed a picnic with family, entertainment from Debutots and ice cream from Party delights

Over the last few weeks we have been talking about the importance of looking after our bodies through exercise, eating a variety of different foods and brushing our teeth. We have looked at different things we could put in lunchboxes and talked about going to the dentist. The children have enjoyed sharing their own experiences and routines 😊

This week at PreSchool we are talking about holidays and different ways of travelling. One of our role play areas has been turned into an airport with a check-in desk and security. The children have passports and luggage and are playing different roles, passengers/air stewards/Check in officers and Security people. They are having so much fun 🛫🛬 first destination is African Safari!

This afternoon we released butterflies that we have had since they were tiny caterpillars. Some flew out quickly but others had to be coaxed out by Mrs Woods. The children loved seeing them fly away!

We have been making Fathers Day cards and gifts for our Daddies and Grandads this week. We have been talking about our Daddies/ Grandads hair and eye colour, what our Daddies/Grandads do and also what we like doing with our Daddies and Grandads.

On Wednesday afternoon the children planted some fruits/vegetables in the PreSchool garden. We planted potatoes and tomatoes and watered them to help them grow. We look forward to seeing their progress 😁🌱🍅

We are looking for a passionate Level 2 or 3 Pre-school practitioner, to join our friendly team in supporting our fantastic children.
The position will be for 12+ hours per week, during term time.

We played an oral blending game using farm animals. The children had to listen carefully to the segmented words 'p.i.g' And then go to the correct animal. They were really good at it 😊 maybe you could have a go at home 🤔

Practising some races ready for our Pre-school Sports Day, a picnic snack time, a game of Duck, Duck, Goose and then we learnt how to play Frozen Tig.
