Love this from BBC Tiny Happy People. It's designed to help little ones calm down when they are feeling overwhelmed. These practices help bring them back to the present moment. But we think some of us adults could benefit too! We'll be dancing how we are feeling for the rest of the day 🕺💃

FYI, it’s NGL 💬👤 On this messaging app where users anonymously make comments and ask each other questions, bullying and trolling are a clear risk. Our guide brings trusted adults the lowdown on NGL 👀

This year, we are setting you a World Book Day creativity challenge with team points and prizes up for grabs!
World Book Day is on Thursday 2nd March and we are giving you the chance to win a £10 Waterstones voucher in every class. All you have to do is create something linked to a book that you have read. All entries need to be into your child’s class by World Book day and every entry will also earn team points.

It could be anything at all, here are some ideas:
A special bookmark with words, phrases and images from the book.
Some baking linked to a story (Gruffalo pie anyone?)
A model of something from the book (a golden snitch, one of W***y Wonka’s Golden Tickets, or even Tom Gates’ guitar!)
A character profile or portrait about one of your favourite characters.
A collage of pictures and words linked to your favourite book.
A photo of you dressed up as your favourite character.
A book review of your favourite book, recommending it to someone else.
A sequel to your favourite book.
A new chapter to a story (such as a new adventure for the Midnight Gang)
A story in a jar (see below)
Create a story in a box, to recreate a scene from your favourite story, inside a box (shoe box/cereal box etc - see pictures).
