Exploring Reactions to “DOZE AND DIE”.
I’m excited to share some of the feedback I’ve received about my latest book DOZE AND DIE. It’s not all positive, but that’s part of the journey!
So, I’ve created a carousel to showcase a range of thoughts, both the highlights and the constructive criticism. Every comment is an opportunity to grow, and I’m grateful for the insights.
Sleep is a universal challenge, and DOZE AND DIE explores it in a way that aims to provoke thought and inspire change. I hope this collection sparks conversation and, above all, brings us closer to for everyone.
Check out the carousel and feel free to share your thoughts!

Hey everyone. This is about pharmacy in the front line. About them identifying, screening and recognising and then signposting to appropriate care:
1. Sleep-trained dentists for simple, benign anti-social snoring
2. General Medical Practitioners for those with hypersomnolence and/or relevant comorbidities
3. Chronic insomnia to a sleep practitioner
You get the idea. https://bspss.org/

Great fun at the weekend working with Cephtactics to educate and inspire a group of dentists.
Here I am talking about the dentist's duty of care to both monitor dental changes and review the patient for changes in the sleep-related breathing disorder.
