Lots of tired children who are sad to be leaving Mount Cook but are so excited to get back and share experiences with their families!

We are officially on our way back to school. Collection will be normal time (3:25pm) at the Year 6 gate please.

Please be patient as we let children out, we understand that you will be eager to see them, but please wait for your child to be sent to you. Our priority is ensuring that each child is safely handed to their adults.

Last week Year 6 enjoyed a wonderful visit to Lincoln Cathedral as part of the Church Schools Festival. During the day, the children took part in a choral workshop, explored the cathedral on a guided tour, and enjoyed a range of engaging activities in the Education Centre.

After lunch, the children attended a special service celebrating the Church Schools family. The service provided an opportunity for reflection, worship, and coming together with pupils from other church schools. As a lasting reminder of the day, the children were presented with a candle to bring back to school, which will be used during our collective worship sessions.

The children represented the school brilliantly and thoroughly enjoyed this memorable experience.
