I’m making a “phased” return! 😅😭🫶🏼
Here I am yesterday trying LESMILLS DANCE with my mini me running around 👧🏼☀️ (the reality of learning choreo these days!!)
After 4 weeks of excruciating pain, rest, physio and so many tears and tantrums… I’ve had a few practices this week and I’m coming back to most classes from this week! 🥳
Little to no impact and definitely no running - but I can move a hell of a lot better than I could 2-3 weeks ago!
Unfortunately, BODYBALANCE really triggers the sciatica with all its folding, bending and single leg work.. so my BB classes will be covered for the rest of August.
I can’t thank my team mates enough for all the cover they’ve helped me with 🥰 ..I’m so lucky to have such a strong, fabulous team.
And to my supporters, for your patience and understanding that my absence has also resulted in reoccurring cancellation. If you know me well enough this pained me more than most! 😔
But I really can’t wait to move, sweat and smile again with you all - if you’ll have me back in this slightly slower capacity for a while 🥹🩷
THIS WEEKS CLASSES:
TUES:
• 09:30 BODYSTEP & 10:30 BODYBALANCE both covered as I have a physio appointment
• 18:00 LM DANCE - I’ve missed you, I’m sorry I haven’t been able to get this covered for the last 4 weeks.. I can’t wait to see you!!
WEDS:
• 10:30 & 17:30 STRENGTH DEV - I’ll do my best but will be coaching mostly
• 18:20 BODYATTACK - I hope you’re all going to jump for me!
• 19:15 BODYBALANCE covered
THURS:
• 18:00 BODYPUMP (cover only) - similar to SD - coaching mostly
• 19:00 LM DANCE (cover only)
FRI:
• 09:30 LM DANCE (cover only)
• 10:20 LBT (cover only) - mostly coaching
My usual Friday classes at Yarb are covered so im able to cover and keep classes going at BW on Friday for holiday cover
