Whether you celebrate Christmas and need to put the, Peace on Earth element back into the celebrations, or you prefer to follow the seasons and want to mark the coming of the Winter Solstice, this session of for you.
An hour of grounding Yoga and savasana practice including guided meditation, followed by a sound bath and closing with stillness. The perfect answer to the midwinter madness.

Yoga mats can be provided upon request before the session. Please bring as many cushions and blankets as you would like, to create a comfortable place to rest during your savasana, sound bath and stillness.
