• Explore new realms of calm, release stress from the mind and relax the body, so that you can wind down from your day/weekend, setting you up nicely for a blissful nights sleep.
• Class is suitable for complete beginners and all levels
PILATES
Wednesdays 17:30-18:30pm
• A mat-based Pilates class that focuses on building strength and stability, improving posture, breath control techniques and increasing flexibility.
Each class we will work to balance all muscle groups strength and flexibility, with emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Each exercise will be demonstrated using slow, controlled movements with optional progressions, regressions and modifications of exercises to suit the individual practitioner
• Class is suitable for complete beginners and experienced practitioners

From next Wednesday (20th September), the new Pilates class at Southside Lincoln will be moved forwards by half an hour and will now be 17:30-18:30pm, to allow those who would like to attend, a little more time to get to class 🫶

New PILATES class starts tomorrow at Southside Lincoln 5-6pm!
The details;
A 60 minute mat-based Pilates class that focuses on strength, stability, posture, breath control, and flexibility. Each class we will work to balance all muscle groups' strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Classes are for all levels, including complete beginners, each exercise will be taught using slow, controlled movements.
• Class is suitable for complete beginners and experienced practitioners.
•BYO mat and blocks recommended. We have limited equipment available to borrow.
