A new academic year brings new opportunities... but it also brings a long checklist for school leaders.
✔️ Are there any compliance gaps that need identifying or resolving?
✔️ Are you confident your school is prepared for AI, cyber security, filtering and monitoring, and restrictive intervention requirements?

✔️ Do you have the capacity to deliver everything on your priority list?
It's a lot to manage.
That's why LAAT Professional Services was created: to provide schools with expert advice, practical support and additional capacity exactly when it's needed.
Whether you need specialist expertise, an external review or extra resources to help your team deliver with confidence, we're here to help lighten the load, so you can focus on what matters most: providing an exceptional education for every child.

We’re incredibly proud to see the impact of the SEND Hub at St Michael’s.

This is exactly what can be achieved when schools, the local authority and communities work together to create the right environment for every child to thrive. We’re delighted to have been part of this journey and to see pupils gaining confidence, accessing education and feeling a strong sense of belonging within their school community.

✨ A brighter future for children with SEND

A brand-new SEND hub at St Michael’s School, Coningsby is already making a life-changing difference for children, families and staff.

Funded through Lincolnshire County Council’s £14.5 million investment in SEND provision, the hub provides a calm, nurturing space where children can build confidence, develop new skills and thrive in education.

With specialist facilities including a sensory room, forest school, intervention spaces and tailored learning, pupils who once struggled in mainstream classrooms are now enjoying full-time education and feeling part of their school community.

💙 As Head Teacher Emma Eden says, the ambition is for St Michael’s to become a "beacon of excellence" for SEND provision in Lincolnshire and it's already well on its way.

It may be the summer holidays, but there’s certainly no slowing down across our schools!

Our hardworking Estates teams have been making the most of the quieter weeks, working alongside school teams and contractors to ensure our schools are ready for the new academic year.

From improvements to facilities and learning environments to creating spaces that better support our pupils, families and staff, there’s plenty happening behind the scenes.

We can’t wait to see the finished results at William Lovell!
