Yoga instructor and massage therapist in Lincoln and surrounding villages. Louise has been teaching yoga since 2005 and is a 500hr qualified teacher.
Yoga classes offered: Yoga Flow; Power Yoga; Gentle yoga and Yin yoga. Yoga Flow starts back on Tuesday 6th January at Nettleham Community Hub. I have two spaces available for anyone who would like to try the class and see if it's a good fit for them.
The group is very welcoming to newcomers - whatever yoga experience you have. Everyone works within their own ability.
