Louise Housley Yoga Yoga instructor and massage therapist in Lincoln and surrounding villages. Louise has been teaching yoga since 2005 and is a 500hr qualified teacher.

Yoga classes offered: Yoga Flow; Power Yoga; Gentle yoga and Yin yoga. Louise's teaching allows you to explore the connection between your body, movement and breath, working within your own capabilities. She enjoys teaching uplifting and energising classes, whilst offering guidance to safely and sensitively explore and challenge yourself. Louise experienced first hand how empowering, calming and g

rounding a regular yoga practice can be, whilst working in PR and events management for many years. She has provided yoga tuition and presented workshops for corporate clients including Garnier; PWC; Halifax; Lanserhof medical resort, Austria; Culloden Hotel, Belfast; Iberostar Hotel Group, Tenerife and David Lloyd Health Club.

Yoga Flow starts back on Tuesday 6th January at Nettleham Community Hub. I have two spaces available for anyone who would like to try the class and see if it's a good fit for them.

The group is very welcoming to newcomers - whatever yoga experience you have. Everyone works within their own ability.
