Exciting news incoming…..

The ID booking process is now live for candidates to access and book on to get their ID & Right To Work (RTW) Documents verified by one of our lovely HR assistant team at Beech House, Lincoln.

Please note – whilst we are trialling the new ID booking process it will be for only candidates who are able to travel to Beech House to get their documents verified but once the trial period is over and has been proven successful, we aim to open this up to our community admin hubs (training will be provided beforehand)

We are hoping this will reduce some of the ID verification wait times and blockers we have been experiencing recently and will give the candidate a smoother onboarding experience.

The deadline to buy/sell annual leave was yesterday at noon. All forms received up to that time that were approved by the divisional lead were processed.
Payroll have confirmed that forms received after noon yesterday cannot be processed due to the procedures they have to undertake to make payment on time.
Therefore, any forms received after yesterday at noon or forms that were not completed correctly will be processed for the April pay day.

He made it, it was abit of a crash landing with thick fog and snow overnight

Dusty is on his way, checks complete, contract signed and looking forward to his induction with the L&D team......... plane bound for Lincoln (take off wasnt great ;-) ) ...........

Due to the early pay date in December the processing deadline has also been brought forwards.
Please can you ensure that all E Forms effecting December pay are sent to HR as soon as possible.

Job matching workshops, on Microsoft Teams

Are you looking at adding new roles to your service? Do you want to know how the job matching process works?

If you are involved in writing job descriptions or want to know what we do, this training is for you. It will explain the job matching process from writing a JD, making minor amendments to an existing JD and submitting a new JD into the job matching process.

Training sessions are on:
• Thursday 4, January, 12:00 – 13:00
• Tuesday 13, February, 10:30 – 11:30
• Monday 18, March, 14:00 – 15:00
• Friday 26, April, 11:30 – 12:30
• Thursday 30, May, 09.30 – 10.30
• Monday 24, June, 09.30 – 10.30

Today we have received Dustys "verified" ID - I don't think we can use this???????
Did you know that if ID is not verified at the interview and sent over to HR, this can add 20 days onto the time it takes to get a person into post.
If interviews are done remotely, you should arrange a date for the candidate to come in asap to verify their ID.
The HR assistant has had a conversation with Santa for future candidates.
