Sophie, our long-term student from last year who has now completed her Level 3 qualification - I am so proud of the practitioner you have become. I absolutely love listening to your conversations, your reasoning, and seeing the way you are with both the children and staff. It’s been wonderful to watch, along with the confidence you have now.

Across all of our nurseries, we're often asked why we don't hold traditional cap-and-gown graduations.

The answer is simple—it doesn't reflect our ethos.

We believe every child deserves to be celebrated as the individual they are. Rather than a formal graduation ceremony, we choose meaningful end-of-year celebrations that focus on memories, friendships, family and just how far each child has come.

This isn't about saying one approach is better than another—it's simply the approach that feels most authentic to our values and the experience we want to create for every child.

🎒 Preparing children for school with confidence.

At Heath Farm Day Nursery Group, school readiness is about so much more than learning letters and numbers. It's about nurturing confident, capable and independent children who are ready to embrace their next chapter.

“Thank you for welcoming me into your setting for the audit visit today – it was lovely to see your established toothbrushing routine in action 🪥😊.

The excitement from the children and the level of dedication shown by all the staff were very encouraging 🌟👏.
