What. A. Night. ๐ŸŒˆโœจ

A huge THANK YOU to our incredible LMSA for hosting our first fantastic Party in the Park! ๐ŸŽ‰

From inflatables and games to magic and picnics on the field, laughter and smiles could be seen as far as the eye could see. It was wonderful to see so many of our families enjoying time together and making special memories.

A special mention also goes to our Year 6 children, who had their very own VIP Tent as they begin to celebrate the final few weeks of their journey at Leslie Manser. We hope you loved it! ๐Ÿ’™

Our LMSA give up so much of their own time to organise events like this, and we are incredibly grateful for everything they do for our school community. They really are amazing... and we're convinced our School Association is better than yours! ๐Ÿ˜‰โค๏ธ

Finally, thank you to our wonderful staff who stayed behind after a long day to help make the evening such a success. Your commitment to our children and families never goes unnoticed.

Thank you to everyone who came along and made it such a fantastic evening. We can't wait for the next one! ๐ŸŒˆ๐ŸŽˆ๐Ÿ’™

Infants have been learning about Life cycles in Science this half term. Class 2 and 3 were very excited to find their caterpillars had changed into chrysalises over the half term holiday. We excitedly looked at them everyday waiting for the butterflies to emerge and it wasnโ€™t long until they did. We fed them sugar water before letting them go in our outdoor area. It was very exciting to see the butterflies fly away, and land on some of the children. We have loved watching this magical life cycle!

A group of children learnt about the importance of recycling and found out where our rubbish goes after we throw it away. We then went on a litter picking walk around the local area.
The children were amazed at how much they found! Well done litter pickers! You did us all proud! ๐Ÿคฉ

We are very excited to introduce you all to Mrs Drury and Mrs Jackson who have recently completed training through Lincolnshire Psychology Services to become qualified ELSAs.
ELSA stands for Emotional Literacy Support Assistant and we are thrilled that two of our super experienced and wonderful Teaching Assistants are going to be working with children 1:1 to help them learn about emotions and self-esteem.
They have created a brand new room called The Rainbow Room which is full of gorgeous new resources and our popular, regulating fluffy rug!
Our specially chosen children are so excited that they will get time in The Rainbow Room and might even get to feed the fish! ๐ŸŒˆ ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿป๐ŸŸ๐Ÿ

๐ŸŒŸ Good Luck to Our Year 6 Superstars! ๐ŸŒŸ

This week, we want to wish all of our wonderful Year 6 children the very best of luck as they take their SATs.

You have all worked incredibly hard, shown great resilience, and should be so proud of everything youโ€™ve achieved so far. We know just how capable you are, and we have every confidence that you will go in and give it your very best โ€“ youโ€™ve absolutely got this! ๐Ÿ’ชโœจ

But most importantly, remember thisโ€ฆ SATs do not define who you are. Each and every one of you is amazing, unique, and special in your own way. These tests are just one small moment, and they will never measure your kindness, your creativity, your friendships, or the brilliant individuals you are becoming.

So take a deep breath, try your best, and remember โ€“ we are already incredibly proud of you all.

Go and show them what you can do! ๐ŸŒˆ
