We are very excited to introduce you all to Mrs Drury and Mrs Jackson who have recently completed training through Lincolnshire Psychology Services to become qualified ELSAs.
ELSA stands for Emotional Literacy Support Assistant and we are thrilled that two of our super experienced and wonderful Teaching Assistants are going to be working with children 1:1 to help them learn about emotions and self-esteem.
They have created a brand new room called The Rainbow Room which is full of gorgeous new resources and our popular, regulating fluffy rug!
Our specially chosen children are so excited that they will get time in The Rainbow Room and might even get to feed the fish! π π«Άπ»ππ

The Infants have been working hard in DT recently. They used a bench hook and a junior hacksaw to cut the wood into 10cm pieces. They then used sandpaper to make the ends of the wooden pieces smooth. After, they used PVA glue to stick the pieces together and create a cube for the base of beach hut. The children were so patient and resilient as it was very tricky. Finally, they used their creativity to add roofs, doors, windows and other features to the beach huts to make them look beautiful!
