Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Vision Afternoon and took the time to explore what our school vision really means.

Believe and Achieve is about helping every child to believe in themselves, recognise their potential and be the best that they can be. Alongside this…with God all things are possible is a reminder of the hope, courage and possibilities that underpin our Christian vision.

We believe our vision is for everyone in our school community, whether they have a faith or not. It shapes how we care for one another, how we encourage one another and how we strive to ensure that every child can flourish and achieve their very best.

Thank you for being part of today and for helping us to bring our vision to life every day.

What a brilliant start to the new school year! 🌟

It has been so lovely to welcome everyone back, and a very warm welcome to all of our new families who are now part of our school community. There has been lots of learning, lots of laughter and, of course, OPAL Play has been in full swing! 🌿🎨

Today we also launched our new school book, Maybe, and our new school song, I Believe, I Believe. 📖🎶 Both fit perfectly with our Believe and Achieve vision and our belief that all things are possible. We want our children to dream big, have a go, keep going when things are tricky and believe in what they can achieve.

We can’t wait to see what this year brings and all the amazing things our children will learn, discover and achieve along the way. 💛

We like to share about our past pupils because so many of you still follow us and we love hearing about how you are getting on! 💛

A huge well done to all of our past pupils receiving their GCSE results today! 🎉

These children were in Year 6 during the Covid years, so their journey through secondary school certainly hasn’t been straightforward. We have loved hearing about so many successes today and are incredibly proud of how far they have come.

And remember, results are just one part of your journey. If you didn’t get the grades you hoped for, it doesn’t mean you can’t achieve amazing things. There are many different paths to success.

Keep believing in yourselves, keep working hard and keep achieving. We are always proud to call you part of our school family.
