It is a heartbreaking statistic that over 95% of all collisions are caused by poor choices made by road users. THEY ARE NOT ACCIDENTS.
Ir everyone just gives some thought to how they are using our roads we could stop the carnage overnight.
Act like lives depend on it, because they do.

An advertising campaign to raise awareness of the biggest change to driver licensing and testing in 70 years has been launched by the Infrastructure Minister Liz Kimmins.

Graduated Driver Licensing (GDL) is a road safety scheme designed to reduce the disproportionate involvement of new – primarily young – drivers in fatal and serious road traffic collisions.

The multi-media campaign will use TV, digital, bus and on street advertising to get new drivers ‘Road Ready’ from 1 October 2026.
