Thanks to a break in the wet weather, some of our Oak class were able to spend time at an eco event this week working with Worcestershire Wildlife Trust and Open Trail and Burlish Bike Park as part of our sports partnership.

What a fantastic time we have had with author B. Ware at Lickey End First School! The writing buzz around school was brilliant with so many children continuing to write their stories at lunch and after-school. !

Well done to all of our children and thank you B. Ware for an inspirational day.

Birch class went back in time recently when they visited Black Country Living Museum as part of our history investigations. Some things were so different and others... surprisingly similar!

Last autumn the children organised their own fundraising. Using the funds raised, they opted to invite some friendly animals into school for the day! Thank you to the LEFS Bromsgrove School Councillors and House Teams!

Own Time & Space connects & supports parents of children with additional needs, every week with daytime and twilight events.

With peer support, SEN advice, access to specialist Autism advisor, workshops, training and wellbeing events, the opportunity to gain support & advice is made easier.

Meeting every Friday 10-12noon (in term time) Pear Tree Family Hub
Meeting once a month in the evening 6-8pm, plus twice monthly children and family support drop in.
