Inspired by the brilliant 'Andy Warhol: Art Star' exhibition at Wolverhampton Art Gallery I'm making 'Andy's Snack Bags' on Monday 24th August - Sew a simple felt bag and transform it into your favourite packet of treats, using sticky backed felt letters and yummy snack shapes.

I just really really want to thank all of the women that brought me ALL of the joy yesterday! 😍
Firstly the wonderful women I taught and learned from and simply thoroughly enjoyed their company, at my 'Stitchety Textiles' workshop, making crochet flowers and then to be delighted and profoundly moved by Tereza Bušková's - Mothers without Hands exhibition in the Community Gallery.
I've been looking forward to this show so much and it is SO beautiful and filled with so much creativity, skill, history and meaning, with the most amazing music - I can't even, as the young people say!

The exhibition is on now The New Art Gallery Walsall until 15th November, with a FREE 'Celebration event' on Saturday 19 September, 2–4pm

A HUGE thank you to everyone who came to the 'Same Difference Youth Festival' at the weekend. It was such an amazing day. I LOVED stitching with you all, it was just a delight to see family's sitting around sewing together.
I'm only just seeing what else was going on around the field and it all looks incredible, what a brilliant event, thank you so much and the fantastic and Ciaran O’Donnell for organising it all so beautifully. Here's to next year - fingers and toes crossed 🤩

Drop-in anytime from 1:30-3:30pm - ALL AGES - Children must be supervised. 🪡🧵

All prepped, ready and very excited to be running my sewing workshop at the 'Same Difference Youth Festival' on Saturday (1st August)
I'm using wool and plastic needles so it really is suitable for all ages - You can choose one of the signs and symbols inspired and approved by the Youth Board and I'll show you how to stand up for what you love, in colourful stitches!
