Getting prepared for the week ahead ✨

Healthy choices become so much easier when you plan ahead instead of relying on motivation in the moment 🤍

Stock the fridge with good options, prep some protein, drink your water, move your body and remember - progress comes from consistency, not perfection.

These are just general guidelines to help make protein feel less confusing 🤍

Everyone’s ideal protein intake can vary depending on things like body weight, activity levels, age, goals and overall health.

CLIENT SPOTLIGHT - SARAH 🤯
👏 8 weeks difference 👏

After years of high cardio + low calorie dieting, we did the opposite…

Exactly one year difference.

The first photo was only a couple of months into my journey. I honestly had no idea then how much my life was about to change - not just physically, but mentally too.

The biggest difference for me?
My mental resilience.
My confidence.
My happiness.

A year ago I was exhausted all the time. I’d been to the doctors multiple times for tests because the fatigue was so bad. I felt drained physically, mentally and emotionally. Even small daily tasks felt harder than they should have.

Now?
I have energy. Real energy.
Not just to train but to actually LIVE.

When my kids want to play, I don’t feel like I’m counting down until I can sit back down again. I can run around with them, laugh with them, stay present with them and genuinely enjoy it for long periods of time. That alone has changed everything for me.

And the crazy thing is… this journey was never about perfection.
I didn’t cut out every food I loved.
I didn’t spend hours doing workouts I hated.
I stopped trying to punish myself into change and started building habits that actually fit MY life.

I learned that confidence doesn’t come from becoming a different person.
It comes from proving to yourself that you can trust yourself.

One year.
One decision to start.
One choice every day to keep going.
