If you’re booking a session, please take a moment to read the information below, as there are a couple of small admin changes.
🍁 SESSION SWAPS
Sessions can still be swapped, or a credit code can be issued if you’re unable to attend. However, you must let me know at least 24 hours before your session.
I offer swaps because I completely understand that things happen and plans can pop up unexpectedly. However, I’ve had an unprecedented number of swap requests over the last month, and this can have a real impact on bookings and the running of Twiglets.
So, before booking, please take a moment to double-check that your chosen date doesn’t clash with any plans you already have.
I really want Twiglets to continue being as understanding and flexible as possible when things crop up — but I also need to think about the business side of things too. 💛

🍂 CHILDMINDERS
I’ve now added a 5-child childminder ticket, as so many of you are now bringing five little ones! 🥰
If you’ve booked a 4-child ticket but need to increase to 5 children nearer the date, there will be a £3.50 top-up charge.
🚗 PARKING
When parking, please use the bottom of the car park, by the Twiglets gate.
Please park around the outside of the car park, as close to the bushes and trees as possible, while always keeping the yellow skip and stables gate access completely clear.
Other businesses need access for large vehicles, so it’s really important that this area remains accessible at all times. Thank you! 🤎
